About

Benita Walton from Sound Stone Therapy can help you find a greater sense of clarity, alignment, emotional insight, calmness and readiness to make a change in your life.

Sound Stone Therapy offers a refined and deeply calming experience, where you are invited to slow down, soften, and return to a natural state of balance.

Benita is a professionally trained Sound Therapy practitioner, in her final months of study for a Diploma in Sound Therapy from the Sound Healing Academy in Byron Bay, Australia. She is fully insured and dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and beautifully held space for every client.

Through the gentle resonance of crystal singing bowls and a variety of instruments specifically tuned to healing hertz, each session is designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and support the nervous system into a state of deep rest. This helps reduce stress and mental noise, regulate the nervous system, increase relaxation and self-awareness and create a space for reflection and emotional processing.

With a calm, intuitive, and non-judgmental presence, Benita tailors each experience to meet you where you are encouraging openness, inner stillness, and a sense of renewed clarity.

Your first session includes a crystal, suitable for your healing.
